i got stuck and the panel says "connecting to norton account" i left it like this over night but it doesn't go any further. i ran the fix stuff and downloaded everything that was on the site but it still stuck there.... please help -_-;;;

I had a similar problem with Norton. I downloaded my renewal, and the file was corrupt. I had to uninstall the file, then I went with Macafee. I like MacaFee much better.
Make sure the file on yours is not corrupt.
When I called my credit card to have the charge removed, and told them when I called the company and could never get through for days, they told me they have received a lot of calls with the same problems.
