Can Norton Internet security anti-virus software work on media center xp?

I just got my media center XP but i do not know whether my norton internet security is able to work?

It only states that it is home/pro edition compatible.

Anyone can help me with this?

Yes it will. However, Norton is a resource hog and will slow down your computer plus it will only be a trial version.

I recommend AVG as an anti virus, although eTrust's 12 month free trial is excellent (I'm using it and am extremely impressed).

If you need other programs, go for Zone Alarm firewall, AVG anti spyware (formerly Ewido) and SpywareBlaster.
