I have trend micro anti virus, but when update the i explore my PC is really slow,what can i do ???

i find out they are no compatibles but they don't explain how to fix this!!! i 've been ending the pccguide process ( i know i suppost not to ) because the pc is super slow, that process is using 100 % of the cpu, and i don't know what else to do ,
