Soooooooo glad you asked. You see, many people get a free anti-virus program that ends up being a virus itself. I recommend AVG 7.5 Free Edition to all my clients (I'm a web developer).

try stop sign, free trial finds all viruses. and then u just have to delete them, well most of them
