ITcould, Try saving itunes to your desktop, turn you firewall off and then try the install of itunes from the desktop. Remember to turn the firewall back on for protection. Good luck. Mikie.

one time my netzero was knocked out because of norton.
go to google and type avg.
it is the best antivirus and it is free.
norton must be turned off first.
download avg and install it while off line.
