I use Kaspersky internet Security, you can try McAfee also.
Such softwares require some minimum system requirements like atleast 512MB RAM, Win Xp Sp2 %26 above etc.

I use Trend Micro....got it at Best Buy. It has worked great for me....better than Norton Anti-virus.....Norton Corrupted files in my computer....ended up costing me lots of money to have a complete system restore after that happened!
