No antivirus is a best antivirus if it comes for free. Obviously it will be able to detect only very few of the known viruses itself. Atleast in the paid version it may detect maximum number of known viruses.

For sure any antivirus for that matter which is available today cannot remove unknown malicious codes, because the technologies which is available is Signature Based / Heuristic Based

i think the best antivirus is avast cuz it takes less RAM and also does a lot of monitoring on our computer....moreover it iz available for free.....just go to www.avast.com and download the free home edition
