My account info is correct, how do I get the antivirus turned back on?

Uninstall all McAfee Products on your computer.
Install Free AVG antivirus. It is free, will always be free, is compatible with Windows XP SP2, and is excellent. Never have any issues, it works by itself, updates by itself every day, and runs itself everyday. I love it.

Contact McAfee. If you're a legitimate subscriber, they'll happily help you out.
Try AVG free. It has a very effectve email scanner. There are several other freeware antivirus. Look at the following link.
