I Have Norton Anti-Virus but it can't get rid of two..?

I have Norton (I know, some of you hate Norton..but it's what I paid for and have right now) and I did a scan. It said I have two Trojans- csdtu.exe and dmzwk.exe The Norton web site doesn't give me any help in getting rid of these, and when the program tries to repair, it can't. Is that because the exe files are in the System folder? I'm not a tekkie- so does anyone know of simple way to get rid of these? I can follow directions, but not if it's going to tell me some computer lingo that is technical.

(its free)
Sounds like you have some spyware. I would try some free scanners first, but if they don't work, its time to get a commerical-grade spyware scanner installed.

I have had great luck with XoftspySE on my computers. Its easy to use, works really well, and is updated regularly. You can download and try a free scan here:

Good luck!
If you know where the files are located then delete it yourself.
Click the link below and do a free online scan - this program is very good at removing Trojan's
go on google and search for each of those trojans, there should be either a free utility for removing those, or step by step instructions for removing them manually.
