your system already has a virus which prevented it from loading. you should the following

1) start the p.c. in safe mode

2) Load an antivirus like avgfree

3) Scan the system

4) load trojan remover ( u can get it here(www.pcgugru.co.nr)

5) Run the trojan remover

6) Restart the p.c. in normal mode.
may be your computer is infected by a virus thats this is creating problem but never install AVG beacuse it could remove your personal data files and also can remove windows files. So you should reinstall your windows. That would be best for u.

this is because of cert in viruses that occupies huge amount of your memory the possible reason is that some viruses does nt let the anti virus to be installed so that can make their lives threatened. run your computer in safe mode and you will be to install or unistall or even scan for the viruses i recommend symantec antivirus 10.2 that's the solution for almost every virus
The registry keys of anti virus will be stored in windows registry. If some conflict happens there, it may result in this situation.
