Problem with my AVG anti-virus software?

I scan with it every day, and lately the first item that it catches is "Change" under shell32. After that it usually doesn't catch anything else. I don't know this change is, whether it's good or bad, or what to do about it. When I get the report that appears at the end of the scan, it doesn't say anything about the change. And I still keep getting a lot of pop-ups from oinadserver, and the AVG doesn't seem to know that the adware is there. Does all this have to do with this "change"? What should I do to fix this change and get rid of all this adware once and for all?

The "change" in shell32 means that you downloaded some programs and there icons are added in.

If your using the evaluated version of AVG it can only removes viruses not adware, and also it cannot remove Trojans hosting the viruses, Trojans will constantly download files for distruction and its always best to get ride of them first
