I have avg anti virus and spybot s&d,is there anything else i should have to protect my computer

its had a few probs recently with programs not responding or having to close with no explanation.i have vista home premium on it.

You don't need to put anything else on it as this will just slow it down each one has to update and could cause programs to conflict with each other and crash the computer and a good anti virus program should everything you need. You don't need a firewall as there is one built into vista and most anti virus programs also have one built in.
I use AVG antivirus and Adware on my PC. I find both good and free of spyware.
Go to File Hippo.Put on AVG anti spyware.Take S%26D off and

put Spyblaster on.Ad-Aware 2007 is good for a sweeping.You

can get a decent Firewall there also.If your using windows it isn't

that good.But just click what you see and read to find whats best

Once you get what you need.Download Advanced Windows

Care V2.It will optomize and do other things like letting you know what programs are on start up.More you have the slower your pc.You can take it off once you've run it.
yes get rid of avg cause it's sucks big time i had a virus and it did not find it a recommend avast free antivirus it found it and its the best and get zone alarm free firewall
try a firewall have alook at the alarm zone
