Help with the anti-virus,spyware!!!?

i have mcafee installed in my computer,.

and it says that im protected.

there is a window that came from IE and it says "ur computer is infected with spyware or adware that displays advertisement while u browse the internet,would u like to remove malware threads and protect ur system?"

and there is another window that says my computer is infected with trojan.

what do i need to do?

2nd:Disconnect from the internet...

3rd:Install software...

4th: Run Anti-Virus
