Icant figure out anti virus?computers
You really should check to make sure you're running reliable security software, either a commercial, of which I recommend F-Secure and Kaspersky, or freeware.
The freeware here are tools I can recommend as reliable, having tested all of them within the last two months (I love my drive imaging software!)
firewall:
Comodo (http://www.comodo.com), or
PC Tools (http://www.pctools.com/firewall), though Comodo will be a bit easier to use.
antivirus:
Avira (http://www.free-av.com)
AVAST! Home (http://www.avast.com)
AVG (http://free.grisoft.com)
all provide realtime protection and automatic updates.
antispyware:
Spyware Terminator (http://www.SpywareTerminator.com) or
Spyware Doctor (http://pack.google.com)
either one will give you good, realtime protection, along with
Ad-Aware Free (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/products/ad_a... and
Spybot S%26D (http://www.safer-networking.org/en/downl...
for additional removal ability.
Finally, a generic intrusion protection tool is a good supplement to the tools in the first three categories. The best one I've test is System Safety Monitor Free edition (http://www.syssafety.com) which does a better job than most of the commercial intrusion prevention applications from major vendors.
