Hi I used norton and it did me no favours, so after advice of a computer geeky mate (whos a star) i downloaded spybot, wich JUST CLEANS everything ever thats in your puter that you dont want there%26gt;%26gt;its free, type in Spybot free download, i know its doubtfull cus its free but i found it PERFECT!!!! hopefully this will help you X

You probably can't remove it because it will be loading at start-up. Open Task Manager and look for performance optimiser in running processes and then end process. You should then run Norton again and it should be able to remove it successfully.
looks like you may have spyware on there. you need to get a spyware removal program. xoftsypse is poss the best to remove spyware
