Is Free AVG anti virus enough or is there something better , that doesnt slow your computer to a cra

I learned along time ago that nothing is free.... in that I mean any thing that you find on the interent that says it's free.... well guess again, like with surveys, you got to go to one of their sponsers %26 participate, or you don't get what is suppose to be free. As with free downloads of just about any kind, you will get the program with limited capabilites and less utilities or it will only be a trial.

I would try to get a friend or relative to get you a copy of a full anti virus program. That meaning that you either can't afford one, or you don't want to put out the money. In the long run, it will save you money by protecting your computer from bad hardware failure due to virus and or hackers. Go to www.symantec.com find a search box under home, virus %26 threats and type in free scan. Try it, you might like it, this page is for security and virus. I would disable any other virsus program before doing so. To me, Norton Symantec is the best. The only problem that I've ever had to remember to disable it when loading a new program as you should with any anti virus program.******Your pc might be at a crawl for other reasons.******

are you looking out for paid or free program solution?.If you would like for a free solution, then you like to go for "Avast! home edition 7".This, is by the way is the only free antivirus solution that has free real-time protection enabled. And this real-time solution is a good one as well. What I have read from most of the forum online they say that it has detection capabilities of around 89% which is very good in most of the case.
