When i download anti virus,it does not take place,PC turn offs itself.?

i tried AVG to download from site download.com many times but every time i got same result,what pro. is there plz help

The problem is the Virus, its not enabling your PC to perform any kind of virus check, it will not allow you to go to any antivirus website for on line checking. Suggest you download ZOne alarm from http://www.zonelabs.com theit Zone alarm security suite and install it , it has a inbuilt antivirus and spyware check and also dont forget to download and scan ur system with spybot from spybot.com .

log on your computer with administrator rights and from control pannel remove the antivirus

if you are unable to remove from there then just try to delete it from program files, some files you may not able to delte but at lear you will break it down and stop working/freezing your computer

second, insear your operating system on cd tray and from start menu choose "run"
