You can however stealth your computer.

Disable windows firewall and install ZoneAlarm.

Use Avast or AVG 7 Antivirus

Update windows regularly

Install a drive cleaner- Ccleaner

Use Iorbit to defragment your computer once a month.

Install Spyware terminator, but do not install Clam antivirus that comes with it, Terminator has real time action and is very aggresive,

Install SpyGuard- Stops you from downloading Malware accidently

Install SpyWare Blaster- stops you from accessing Malware sites,

Run AdAdware and SpyBot s%26d( disable tea timer) once a week.

Install windows defender and Microsoft's malicious spyware remover.

I know this seems like a lot, but do these and you will have your pc running smooothly every single time.
