Which is the anti virus that is the lightest on system resources and start up?

Personally, I like the new AOL AntiVirusShield. Don't let the name AOL scare you. AntiVirusShield is made by Kaspersky which is one of top-rated anti-virus vendors in the world.

In recent tests, the most popular free anti-virus, AVG, was only able to detect about 82% of a very large sample of viruses. On the other hand, AntiVirusShield was able to detect better than 99% in the same test.

AOL AntiVirusShield has excellent virus detection rates and is extremely light on using your computer resources. (6mb)

I have used ZoneAlarm and Norton. I was not pleased with either. I downloaded Windows Live OneCare and think it is the best one I've ever used. It does not create problems like Norton and ZoneAlarm did and also it is cheaper. 49.95 for three computers. Also it combines important things to make your computer run smoother. Like updating and defraging your pc. There is a 90 day trial. Plus your can use all the features for free on www.safety.live.com.
